Started at 0820hr from Bedok MRT towards Bedok Reservoir Park.
0844hr - The route is well paved from Bedok Park Connector onwards.
0916hr - Part of Tampines Park Connector runs under the MRT tracks. 
Had to push the bike across the overhead bridge to cross Tampines Expressway to go into Pasir Ris.
0952hr - Pasir Ris Downtown East
Masjid Al-Istighfar along Pasir Ris Dr 3
1015hr - junction of Pasir Ris Dr 3 & Loyang Ave, on a bare tree - Yellow-Crested Cockatoo, 3x Red-Breasted Parakeets & several Pacific Swallows.
Then it was a long & tiring ride along Loyang Park Connector, switching gears as I went up & down some stretches.

1100hr - Changi Village
After an hour's rest for food & drinks, cycled back to Pasir Ris MRT.
