At ticketing counter for entrance into Sentosa:
Staff: you want to cycle into Sentosa?
Me: can I?
Staff: you have to enter by the gantry.
Me: you mean join the vehicles on the road?
Staff: Yes. Go back to Vivocity and take the main road.
Me: okay. Thanks.
Staff: apologise for that.
The staff was polite and smiling all the while.
